- Someone eats Asian food - Quadruped Hip CARS 10 reps
- Howard says something inappropriate - Seated Hip Hinge 10 reps
- Someone refers to Raj as “Koothrappali” - Cat/Cow Stretch 10 reps
- Sheldon mentions the Roommate or Relationship Agreements- 90/90 Pushbacks 10 reps
- Sheldon talks about "his spot" - Hamstring Curls 10 reps
